Refund policy
We hope you love your Pippin Scents purchase as much as we loved making it 🌿
Because our wax melts and home fragrance products are hand-poured and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pippinscents@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll be happy to help make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
We do not currently offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, as scent preferences can be subjective — but if you have any concerns, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help.
