Shipping policy

Every order is hand-packed with care from our studio in the UK 🌿

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Once shipped, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail or Evri Standard Delivery, depending on the size of your order.

Estimated delivery time:
🇬🇧 UK orders — 2–4 working days after dispatch

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive — we’ll always do our best to get your scents to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping rates:

  • Standard Delivery 2–4 working days: £3.95

  • Express Delivery 1–3 working days.: £5.95

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where applicable).

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch at pippinscents@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Please note:

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

  • As our products are handmade and often made to order, we can’t guarantee next-day delivery.

  • We’re unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over, but we’ll always help wherever we can.
